Local Listing Tune-Up is a Braun Holdings LLC company based in Marana, Arizona. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Short version: we only use your information to do your work, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email, business name, website, Google listing details and messages.
- Public business information, such as your Google listing, website and public reviews, so we can check them.
- Basic, privacy-friendly site statistics from our host (for example page counts). We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To answer you, send your free snapshot, and deliver and bill your work.
- To keep records required for taxes and accounting.
Who sees it
We do not sell or rent your information. We use a few service providers to run the business, such as email, website hosting, payment processing and AI tools that help draft our work. They only get what they need to provide their service.
How long we keep it
Working files are deleted 90 days after your project ends. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop hearing from us. Remove our Google Manager or website access at any time.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
