How to give us access

Firm rule: We never accept or store passwords, one-time codes, recovery keys, or shared logins. Access is by invitation only. Invite [email protected] from your own account. You stay the owner and can remove us anytime.

Google Business Profile (Manager)

Official help: Manage owners and managers.

Open your Business Profile, then People and access.
Select Add and enter [email protected].
Choose Manager (not Owner), then Invite.
Email us when it is sent so we can accept.

Website platforms

Wix

Official: Inviting site contributors. Dashboard → Roles & Permissions → Invite Collaborators → email above → role that can edit → Send Invites.

Squarespace

Official: Invite a contributor. Permissions & Ownership → Invite Contributor → email above → turn on the edit permissions we need → Invite.

WordPress.com

Official: Invite people. Users → Add a team member (or Add New User) → role Editor or Administrator → send invite to the email above. Never share your own password (Working with a developer).

Self-hosted WordPress

Official: Users Add New screen. Users → Add New User → email above → Editor or Administrator → email the new user so we set our own password.

GoDaddy Websites + Marketing

Official: Invite a delegate and delegate access to Websites + Marketing. Delegate Access → Invite to Access → email above → access level for the site (not payments).

Shopify

Official: Collaborator accounts or Invite users. Either share your 4-digit collaborator request code (Settings → Users → Security) so we can request access, or add a staff user with the email above.

Lost access (recover, then invite us)

We cannot reset your login. Use the host recovery page, then send a fresh invite.

Google Account: Account recovery
Google Business Profile owned by someone else: Request ownership

GoDaddy: Reset password / Regain access
Shopify: Resetting passwords

Fallback: new site + your domain

If the old login cannot be recovered, we can quote a rebuild. You keep the domain. You change DNS at your registrar (or invite us as a registrar delegate). We send the exact records. We never take your registrar password.
